Job summary

The Guest Service Captain at Towne Park LLC orchestrates the service experience for hotel guests, working with colleagues to meet or exceed site standards. Under the Account Manager, this role handles coordination and administration and provides guidance when the manager is off-site.

It is not a managerial position, but may require judgment calls for expediency. Responsibilities include opening doors, parking vehicles, assisting guests with directions and reservations, and maintaining guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background, MVR and drug screen.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff. Ensures greetings within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Opens doors for guests and assists with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; maintains knowledge of site amenities and rates.
