Responsibilities

• Advocate for the customer and provide fast feedback to ensure outstanding experiences.
• Resolve issues through customer-focused resolutions, including exchanges for returns.
• Promote the Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store shopping.
• Lead colleagues in completing tasks and monitor store activities.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and manage registers.
