Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the customer and role-model best practices to colleagues.
• Provide fast feedback to improve customer experience and store processes.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance the in-store experience.
• Lead and motivate colleagues to complete tasks and meet store goals.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and manage registers.
