You will collaborate with People Leaders, resolve customer issues, and guide colleagues to meet performance targets while maintaining Macy's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the customer and role-model excellent service.
• Resolve issues and promote exchanges over returns when possible.
• Promote Macy's mobile app and omnichannel initiatives.
• Lead colleagues and support store operations throughout shifts.
• Maintain readiness for opening/closing procedures and POS handling.
