Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Orlando is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests in-store and over the phone, promoting Ulta Beauty services and products while supporting the Experience Manager and the store team. Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficient with basic technology (POS, devices).

Responsibilities

Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
Answer salon calls, resolve guest concerns, manage the services booking system and guest records.
Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
Inform guests of current promotions and encourage service adoption.
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
