Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Support services team by managing bookings and guest records.
• Inform guests about promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experience.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and safety standards.
