Remington Hospitality is seeking a friendly bell attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and drive the hotel shuttle. You will need thorough knowledge of the property, staff, and services, plus the ability to upsell hotel amenities such as the restaurant, lounge, and spa.

Responsibilities include timely bell service, accurate luggage handling, and providing clear directions to rooms and local attractions. A welcoming, proactive attitude is essential.

Formación

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and store baggage securely.
• Familiarity with hotel layout, services, hours, and local area attractions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel with warmth.
• Hold front doors for guests during entry and exit.
• Carry baggage to rooms and tag/store luggage accurately.
• Safely operate the hotel shuttle van and ensure passenger safety.
• Provide directions to facilities and local attractions with clarity.
• Promote hotel amenities to guests to enhance their stay.
• Respond to bell service requests within minutes.
