Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Bell Attendant and Shuttle Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and transport guests safely around the property and nearby areas. You will share information on local attractions, maintain shuttle cleanliness, and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected. Previous experience in guest services or transportation is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in/check-out and room transfers.
• Transport guests safely to designated locations on property and nearby areas.
• Provide information on amenities, attractions, and transport options.
• Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries with courtesy.
• Support other guest service functions as needed.
