Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Baltimore is seeking a friendly Bell staff member to greet guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. You will carry luggage to rooms, tag and store baggage, and keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing items to help guests settle in smoothly.

A valid driving license may be required to operate the hotel shuttle; you will know the property layout, share directions, promote hotel amenities, and respond quickly to guest

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors as they enter and exit. Ensure guests feel welcome to the hotel, and provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to the guest's room. Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Have knowledge of the hotel property, hotel staff and hotel services, with hours of operation. Give clear and accurate directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.
• Suggest and "sell" the amenities of the hotel (i.e restaurant, lounge, spa, etc).
• Respond to request for bell services within 2 minutes.
