Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Bell Attendant and Shuttle Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and transport guests safely around the property and nearby areas. You will share information on local attractions, maintain shuttle cleanliness, and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected. Previous experience in guest services or transportation is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm, professional, and friendly first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and belongings during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.
• Transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated locations within the property and surrounding areas.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicles and assist with routine vehicle inspections.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other guest service functions as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
