HEI Hotels & Resorts in Chicago, IL is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and explain hotel facilities. You will help ensure a positive guest experience during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining the lobby area, assisting with valet services, and coordinating with the front desk. A high school diploma is required; hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and explain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with their luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain lobby, doors, and front desk communication.
• Open doors and greet guests courteously.
• Deliver messages and assist with valet to guest rooms.
• Perform pick-ups/drop-offs at the airport as needed.
• Support front desk with key inventory and other duties.
