United Service Companies in Chicago (Navy Pier) is seeking a part-time Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage, coordinate transportation, and greet guests with a friendly welcome. You will support guest services, deliver items, and help with room moves and VIP amenities when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, no prior experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guest and present a warm welcome.
• Greet and escort arriving and departing guest to and from their accommodations.
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guest with these rooms and their features.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.
• Deliver items to guest and offices.
• Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby as needed.
