Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or bell desk is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with arrival and departure procedures.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Provide directions to local attractions and hotel services.
• Deliver newspapers, faxes, and messages; run errands as needed.
• Answer the front desk phone, maintain guest log, and ensure lobby cleanliness.
• Coordinate with bell staff to transport luggage.
