Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage and arrange transportation.
• Provide information about the hotel and stay.
• Book tours when concierge unavailable.
• Keep lobby and public areas tidy.
• Submit Lost & Found reports.
• Deliver messages and items to guest rooms.
• Set up meeting rooms and events.
• Support valet during busy times.
• Turn in keys at shift end.
