Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and guest areas.
• Clean and set up meeting rooms and function spaces as required.
• Deep cleaning of rooms and public spaces.
• Run morning coffee service and assist with concierge events.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms on request.
• Assist supervisor to receive assignments and keys at shift start.
• Check supplies and cleaning tools and restock as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly attitude.
