Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a friendly Bellperson to assist guests with luggage and provide attentive service throughout their stay. You will help guests arriving and departing, escort them to rooms, and introduce hotel amenities and services in a courteous, efficient manner.

The role is hourly and full-time, based at a downtown Miami property, with opportunities to support guests and colleagues across front-office operations while maintaining a professional, guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver''s license may be required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure order and supplies.
• Explain features of the room and operation of devices.
• Store and deliver luggage for arrivals and departures.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms.
• Deliver flowers, laundry, packages and other amenities to guestrooms.
• Provide information and directions to guests.
• Assist with guest requests and front desk support.
• Show guestrooms and suites as needed and emphasize the hotel's amenities.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
