Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking a Bell Person to greet guests, assist with luggage, explain hotel facilities, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will maintain lobby areas, deliver messages, drive guest vehicles if needed, and support front desk tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Customer contact experience required.
Second language preferred.

Responsibilities

Show guests to room and assist with luggage (45%).
Explain hotel facilities, hours, and answer questions (15%).
Check luggage for day and overnight guests (15%).
Maintain lobby stations and be ready to assist fronts (5%).
Open doors when greeting guests (5%).
Keep bell stand, lobby and baggage room clean; maintain lobby door/windows when idle (3%).
Post daily events and entertainment boards (3%).
Maintain open communication across shifts via log (2%).
Deliver messages and valet to rooms (2%).
Perform airport pick-ups/drop-offs and inspect vehicles (2%).
May perform valet duties.
Assist front desk with key inventory twice weekly.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Other duties as assigned.
