Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover, MD is seeking a Bell Person to create memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will greet guests warmly, help with luggage, and guide them through hotel amenities and local attractions.

The role emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced casino environment. Union position; union dues may apply. 24/7 operation with a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer contact experience required.
• Second language may be desired.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with luggage (45%).
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and answer questions (15%).
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests (15%).
• Maintain lobby stations and stay alert for front desk needs (5%).
• Open doors while greeting guests in a friendly, courteous manner (5%).
• Keep bell stand, lobby and baggage room clean; maintain lobby doors/windows when not busy (3%).
• Post daily events/entertainment board in the lobby (3%).
• Maintain clear communication across shifts via log (2%).
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms (2%).
• Perform airport pick-ups/drop-offs timely and inspect vehicles.
• May perform valet duties.
• Assist front desk with key inventory twice weekly.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
