Job summary

MGM National Harbor is hiring a Bell Attendant to deliver welcoming, seamless arrivals and departures in our Front Services team. You will be among the first and last contacts for guests, ensuring professional, personalized service and anticipating guest needs.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering questions about rooms, dining, events, and directions, transporting luggage, and maintaining security of the luggage area. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous luxury hotel/casino-resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrivals and departures, providing professional and personalized service.
• Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the property.
• Load/unload baggage from vehicles and transport to rooms or designated areas.
• Provide room orientation and directions, answer questions about rooms, restaurants, events, and promotions.
• Process tickets for luggage and assist with group baggage handling.
