Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Bell person to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, aid in check-in/out, and handle requests by directing to the appropriate manager to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide luggage assistance during check-in/out and room moves.
• Deliver messages, luggage, packages, and run errands to exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests.
• Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, and directions.
• Maintain luggage carts and track bell cart inventory.
