Job summary

Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a friendly Bell Staff/Guest Services representative. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a welcoming experience throughout their stay.

You will drive the hotel shuttle, know the property and local attractions, promote hotel amenities, and respond to bell requests quickly while maintaining accurate luggage records and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative; ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven experience with strong customer service and handling guest concerns.
• Valid state driver's license (or chauffeur's license if required) and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to rooms and manage luggage records.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel facilities and local attractions; give directions.
• Promote hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa).
• Respond to bell service requests within 2 minutes.
