Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide first-rate service at the hotel entrance. You will greet arrivals and departures, hold doors, and warmly direct guests to rooms and facilities.

As part of the bell team, you will drive the hotel shuttle, tag and store luggage, know the property hours, and upsell hotel amenities such as the restaurant, lounge, and spa.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel; hold front doors as they enter and exit.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure guests feel welcome.
• Carry baggage to guest rooms and tag/store luggage; maintain records of incoming and outgoing luggage.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel property, staff, hours, and provide directions to facilities and rooms.
• Suggest and sell amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa, etc.).
• Respond to bell services requests within 2 minutes.
