Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a dedicated Bell Staff team member to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and drive the hotel shuttle. You will learn the hotel layout, services, and nearby attractions to guide guests effectively.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and timely responses to guest requests. A strong work ethic and flexibility for varying shifts including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with strong customer service skills, including ability to handle guest complaints and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors as they enter and exit.
• Carry baggage to the guest's room. Tag and store luggage and maintain records of incoming/outgoing luggage.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel property, staff, services and hours; provide directions to facilities and local attractions.
• Sell amenities of the hotel (restaurant, lounge, spa, etc).
• Respond to bell service requests within 2 minutes.
