Responsibilities

• Provide special assistance to all guests and groups and handle guest requests.
• Assist team members and other departments to ensure guest service quality.
• Monitor for rowdy guests and notify supervisor immediately.
• Correct mechanical issues or refer to maintenance as needed.
• Maintain legible daily shift records and reports.
• Clean and organize Fun Quest areas; keep counters and games tidy.
• Operate games and redemption machines in assigned area.
• Remain at assigned station until relieved and announce on PA when needed.
• Communicate with management to order supplies.
• Operate POS for digital redemption of tickets, prizes, and game cards.
• Receive payments, verify charges, and balance transactions; handle deposits.
• Post and payout tips; create and settle checks and charges; manage cash drops.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of position.
