Qualifications

• Previous valet experience or related guest service role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Open hotel main doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors and park/retrieve cars safely.
• Greet guests promptly and provide professional, friendly service.
• Communicate parking procedures and tag keys with guest details.
• Monitor traffic and maintain security of vehicles and keys.
• Report accidents or incidents and ensure guest requests are satisfied.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of parking areas.
