Qualificações

• Clerical, coordination, instruction, precision work are required.
• Ability to follow instructions, solve problems and make decisions.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Listen and respond to guest inquiries with a positive, clear voice and provide accurate information.
• Direct and dispatch team members to events via slot dispatch system.
• Patrol casino floor to assist guests and monitor service needs.
• Check station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Initiate and pay jackpots and redeem slot vouchers accurately and quickly.
• Support marketing initiatives and casino promotions as needed.
• Handle cash banks quickly and maintain variance standards.
• Perform minor repairs on slots and keep area clean and orderly.
• Serve guests light snacks and beverages as required by the casino program.
• Take on any other duties as assigned within this role.
