Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take beverage and food orders from restaurant guests and input orders into POS system.
• Deliver orders following required standards for the position.
• Prepare tableside items and anticipate guest needs.
• Complete side work and maintain stations, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
• Explain menu and answer questions; memorize specials for pairing recommendations.
• Ensure quality of food and service and provide timely table maintenance.
• Assist busser/runner and host team for events and larger groups.
• Adhere to SOPs regarding paperwork, cash, and auditing.
