Grand Sierra Resort in Reno is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, handle waitlists, and process payments. You will support smooth service flow, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and help maintain a safe, clean environment on site.

The role requires basic cashiering experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests using department greeting and steps of service.
• Manage reservations and confirm upcoming bookings.
• Handle waitlists with accurate wait time estimates.
• Process payments via cash, card, or room charges and balance transactions.
• Make deposits and balance cash drawers; complete cashier paperwork.
• Coordinate with management and staff to resolve guest requests and issues.
• Assist turnover by resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Take to-go orders and ensure proper condiments are included.
• Maintain guest service guidelines and sanitation/ safety standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
