Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Roswell, GA. You set the tone for guests, greet them in person and by phone, and help with the check-in process.

You will manage waitlists, ring sales at the counter, operate the POS system and other front-desk tech, and assist guests with basic bowling instructions. Evening and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent in hospitality (optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating/lanes as needed.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash procedures.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers and P/A system; assist guests with basics
