Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier bowling and entertainment brand, is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to set the tone at entry, welcome guests, and assist with check-in.

You will manage the waitlist, ring sales at the counter, operate the POS system, and help guests with basic bowling instructions while ensuring safety and courtesy. Part-time role with evenings and weekends and competitive perks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system and related equipment.
