Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and handle lane and equipment assignments. You’ll also process sales at the counter and support lane prep for leagues in a lively entertainment environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic bowling instruction, and operating multiple systems. Part-time evening and night shifts are available at a single-location venue, with perks including free bowling and food

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
