Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You’ll interact with guests in person and by phone, ring sales at the counter, follow cash control procedures, and help guests get settled for bowling, leagues, and events in a lively, inclusive environment.

This role emphasizes a friendly, upbeat attitude, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to multitask on a busy shift.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes & equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
