Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to join our team. This part-time role places you at the front lines, greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and assisting with lane and shoe assignments in a lively bowling environment.

You will operate the POS, central panel, and PA system while sharing basic bowling tips with guests. Previous hospitality experience and strong telephone etiquette are a plus, with weekend availability

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
