Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Lawrenceville is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales with accuracy, helping to deliver a WOW experience from the moment guests enter. You will operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system; assist guests with basic bowling instructions; and coordinate lane/shoe assignments and league preparations.

This part-time role requires HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ age, and excellent telephone

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and set a welcoming tone
• Manage the waitlist and track lane/shoe availability
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate the POS system
• Coordinate league preparations and lane assignments
