Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assist with check-in procedures.
• Process accurate reservations from incoming calls.
• Maintain accurate information regarding local area and hotel amenities.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and Club Members.
• Handle guest complaints and facilitate solutions.
