Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and use the company mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain mystery shop scores and respond to guest feedback; engage guests by name.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information, promotions, and ads.
• Work Ethic: support store appearance standards with daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance for discrepancies.
• Merchandising: assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help replenish merchandise and monitor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow company policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safety and report incidents promptly.
• Cleanliness: keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Duties: perform additional duties as assigned.
