You will greet guests, uphold the mission and core values, and maintain knowledge of products and promotions while delivering warm, attentive service. Key responsibilities include accurate cash handling, merchandising, replenishment, loss prevention adherence, safety, cleanliness, and supporting promotional activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete our training program and be food safety certified.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain Quest-for-the-Best score at 90%+ and respond to guest feedback; greet guests by name.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information, promotions, and ads.
• Work Ethic: support maintaining company appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance for discrepancies.
• Merchandising: assist floor moves, displays, and store housekeeping.
• Replenishment: assist in replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: adhere to policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safe procedures, clean spills, and report hazards.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
