Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Training program completion and food safety certification preferred.
• Comfort with fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Mission statements: know and apply mission statement and core values.
• Guest focus: maintain 90%+ mystery shop score; respond to guest feedback; greet guests by name.
• Product knowledge: stay aware of product information and promotions.
• Work ethic: maintain company appearance standards via daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerances.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help replenish merchandise and monitor stock.
• Policies and procedures: follow company rules including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safe handling, report safety incidents promptly.
• Cleanliness: keep store welcoming and tidy.
• Extra duties: perform additional tasks as assigned.
