• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete training program and obtain food safety certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90%+ mystery shop score; respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback; greet guests by name.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information, promotions, and advertisements.
• Work Ethic: support company appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance for overages/shortages and discrepancies.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, displays, and store housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: adhere to all company policies; signing, pricing, loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage add-ons.
• Safety: maintain safe conditions; clean spills; proper lifting; report incidents.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
