Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of our training program and food safety certification.
• Excellent customer service with a guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn quickly and multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and apply company mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain Quest-for-the-Best mystery shop score and respond professionally to guest feedback, participate in promotions, greet guests by name when possible.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information and promotions.
• Work Ethic: maintain store appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: handle cash within daily tolerance for discrepancies.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Replenishment: help restock merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow all company policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safety, clean spills, use proper lifting techniques, report incidents.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
• Physical Demands: be able to stand, lift items over 50 pounds, and perform physically active tasks.
• Travel: minimal travel to support other stores.
