Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of mission statement and core values.
• Maintain an average mystery shop score of 90% and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Maintain awareness of product information, promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements.
• Support appearance standards through daily and weekly tasks.
• Maintain cash handling within daily tolerance for over/shorts and bad checks.
• Assist in merchandising, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
• Adhere to policies, pricing, and loss prevention practices.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Practice safety, clean spills, and report incidents to a manager.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming, and aligned with company standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
