Job summary

PAJCO, Inc. is seeking a guest services associate to deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced environment. You will uphold mission statements and core values while supporting merchandising, store cleanliness and daily cash controls.

You will participate in safety practices, learn product knowledge, assist with replenishment, and respond promptly to guest feedback. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive work ethic in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete our training program and be food safety certified.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and use the mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90% Quest-for-the-Best mystery shop score and respond promptly to guest feedback; address guest by name when recognized or on card use.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of all product information, promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
• Work Ethic: support company appearance standards via daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance for over/shorts, bad checks, and gas thefts.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: assist in replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: adhere to company policies including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: follow safety practices and report incidents to management.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
