Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and apply the mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90% Mystery Shop score and respond to guest feedback.
• Product Knowledge: stay informed on products, promotions, ads.
• Work Ethic: support store appearance through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerances.
• Merchandising: assist with floor moves, displays, housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help restock merchandise and monitor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow pricing, loss prevention and procedures.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: follow safety practices and report incidents immediately.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned.
