Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, MN is hiring a Greeter to deliver a friendly, over-the-top customer service experience. You will greet guests, promote CLUB Membership, In-Store Pickup, and other programs, and assist with merchandise check-in and vendor visitor procedures.

You should be organized, have strong communication skills, and adapt to store events and promotions while maintaining safety and brand standards. Part-time role with flexible duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards by dressing in the Bass Pro Shops green logo shirt or Cabela's tan logo shirt with a visible name badge.
• Check in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Check in all Vendor representatives, completing the visitor log and badges.
• Inform customers about events, sales, or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe entryway and surrounding area.
• Assist guest check-in for firearms by notifying the Outfitter; greeters do not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
