Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter in Hermantown, MN to welcome guests and assist with merchandise while promoting CLUB Membership and in-store services. You will help customers navigate the store, hand out promotional materials, and ensure a positive first impression.

Role requires high school diploma and strong communication. Duties include check-in of merchandise, visitor logging, event promotion, and maintaining a safe, tidy entry area.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Looks professional and adheres to the dress code with Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's logo shirts.
• Checks in customer merchandise for returns.
• Logs and manages visitor badges for vendors and guests.
• Manages information on events, sales, and promotions for customers.
• Keeps entryways and work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assists with firearms check-in procedures by notifying the Outfitter.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
