Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command in Key West is seeking a Guest Service Representative I PT to join our NHG property team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling front desk operations, check-ins, payments, and reservations with a focus on courtesy and accuracy.

You will use the Property Management System to manage bookings, assist with group reservations, and coordinate guest requests while maintaining security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Provides professional courteous guest service and information regarding lodging accommodations and local attractions.
• Uses PMS to create, modify, and cancel reservations and maintain guest records and room assignments.
• Handles guest check-ins/outs, collects payments, and issues receipts per policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and responds to inquiries with information on lodging, amenities, and local directions.
• Processes reservations, confirms room availability, assigns rooms, issues keys, and reconciles guest accounts.
• Operates multi-line phone systems, coordinates wake-up calls, and communicates guest issues to management.
