Responsibilities

• Provide front desk operations, guest assistance, and handle reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to access guest information, modify reservations, and process requests.
• Answer guest inquiries about lodging facilities, amenities, local attractions, and services via in-person or phone interactions.
• Maintain lobby appearance, safety, privacy, and security of guests; manage keys and incidentals per policy.
• Coordinate with Front Office to handle group reservations and nightly reports; balance shift transactions.
