Qualifications

• GENERAL EXPERIENCE One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.
• SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE One 1 year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and answers questions about lodging facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assists guests with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out processes using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Greets and assists guests at the front desk, maintaining outstanding guest relations.
• Balances shift transactions and prepares daily reports; communicates issues to supervision as needed.
• Trains and supports Front Office staff to ensure smooth operations and guest safety.
