Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing and reservations.
• Assist guests with local information and requests.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue.
