B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, and assist with reservations at our Sterling, VA properties.

You will provide local knowledge, support guest requests, and uphold high service standards. Ideal candidates have 1+ year guest service experience, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; shifts typically 3pm-11pm, including some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide guests with knowledge of hotel outlets, local attractions, and operating hours.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue and follow booking policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in department meetings.
